General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Introductory Provisions
These general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "GTC") govern the mutual rights and obligations of the contracting parties arising in connection with or based on a purchase contract concluded between the seller and another natural person (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer" or "Consumer") through the online store Little Dressagerider.

2. Information about Goods and Prices

Information about the goods (clothing), including the prices of individual items and their main features, is provided for the individual products in the e-shop catalog.

The prices of the goods are inclusive of value-added tax (VAT) and all related charges, excluding delivery costs.

Prices remain valid for as long as they are displayed in the e-shop. The Seller reserves the right to change prices, but the price valid at the time the order is submitted always applies to the Buyer.
3. Ordering and Conclusion of the Purchase Contract

The Buyer places an order for goods by filling out the order form in the e-shop.

Before submitting the order, the Buyer is allowed to check and modify the data entered into the order. The Buyer submits the order by clicking the button "Pay Now"

The submission of the order results in the conclusion of the purchase contract. The Seller will immediately confirm receipt of the order by e-mail to the address provided by the Buyer.
4. Payment and Delivery Terms

The costs of delivering goods within the EU vary depending on the chosen method and destination country and are always clearly indicated in the cart before the order is completed.

The Buyer may pay the price of the goods and any costs associated with the delivery of the goods in the following ways:

We primarily ship goods to the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and other countries of the European Union. The delivery time depends on the chosen carrier and the destination.
5. Withdrawal from the Contract, Exchange, and Complaints

The conditions for exercising the right to withdraw from the contract within the 14-day period, contractual exchange of goods, and exercising the rights from defective performance (complaints) are described in detail in a separate document Return and Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these GTC.

Summary of shipping costs:

Standard return (withdrawal within 14 days): The costs of sending the returned goods back to the Seller are fully borne by the Buyer.

Exchange of goods within 14 days: The Seller provides the Buyer with a free shipping label to send the unsuitable goods back.

Complaints: The Seller provides the Buyer with a free shipping label to send the claimed goods for assessment.

6. Out-of-court Dispute Resolution

If a consumer dispute arises from the purchase contract between the Seller and the Consumer that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the Consumer may submit a proposal for an out-of-court settlement of such a dispute to the designated entity.

In the Czech Republic, this entity is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce, Central Inspectorate – ADR Department, Štěpánská 44, 110 00 Prague 1, e-mail: adr@coi.cz, web: adr.coi.cz).

The Consumer may also use the online dispute resolution platform established by the European Commission at: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
7. Final Provisions

All arrangements between the Seller and the Buyer are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If the relationship established by the purchase contract contains an international element (e.g., delivery to Slovakia or elsewhere in the EU), the parties agree that the relationship is governed by Czech law. This does not affect the consumer rights arising from generally binding legal regulations of other Member States.

The Seller reserves the right to change these GTC. The version of the GTC effective at the time the order is submitted always applies to the Buyer.
These General Terms and Conditions become effective on 3.3.2026.
