Terms of Delivery and Receipt of Goods (Shipping Policy)

This document governs the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Buyer regarding the delivery of goods purchased in the online store Little Dressagerider.

1. Method and Place of Fulfillment

  • Delivery of the purchased goods is provided exclusively through the shipping company PPL CZ s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as the "Carrier"), or its contractual partners for deliveries outside the Czech Republic.

  • The place of delivery is the delivery address specified by the Buyer in the order form.

  • Goods are primarily delivered to the territory of the Czech Republic, the Slovak Republic, and other Member States of the European Union.

2. Delivery and Packaging Costs

  • Packaging: The costs of packaging the goods are borne by the Seller in all cases. The Buyer is not charged any fees in this regard.

  • Shipping costs for the Czech Republic and Slovakia: In the case of delivering goods within the territory of the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic, the Seller covers the delivery costs (shipping) in full, provided that the total value of the order exceeds 1,490 CZK (including VAT). If the order does not reach this value, the shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.

  • Shipping costs for other EU countries: In the case of delivering goods to other Member States of the European Union (excluding CZ and SK), the delivery costs (shipping) are always borne by the Buyer, regardless of the total value of the order.

  • The exact amount of the delivery costs depends on the destination country and is always clearly displayed to the Buyer in real-time before the binding submission of the order.

  • Goods shipped within the European Union are not subject to customs duties.

3. Dispatch and Delivery Times

  • The Seller undertakes to dispatch the goods without undue delay, but no later than 3 business days from the conclusion of the purchase contract, or from the crediting of the purchase price to the Seller's account.

  • The estimated delivery time after handing the parcel over to the Carrier is generally 1–2 business days for the Czech Republic, 2–3 business days for Slovakia, and 3–7 business days for other EU countries. The Seller is not liable for delays in the delivery of goods caused exclusively by the Carrier or due to force majeure.

4. Transfer of Risk of Damage and Obligations upon Receipt

  • The risk of damage to the goods passes to the Buyer (consumer) at the moment they or a third party designated by them takes over the goods from the Carrier.

  • Inspection of the shipment: Upon receipt of the goods from the Carrier, the Buyer is obliged to check the integrity of the packaging of the goods. In the event of discovering any obvious defects (e.g., torn or otherwise damaged packaging), the Buyer is obliged to notify the Carrier's driver or the staff of the pick-up point immediately and fill out a damage report (or refuse to accept the shipment for this reason).

  • The Buyer is also obliged to inform the Seller about any damage to the shipment without undue delay via e-mail at eshop@littledressagerider.com.

  • By signing the delivery note (or electronic confirmation on the Carrier's device) without reservations, the Buyer confirms that the outer packaging of the shipment was intact.

5. Buyer's Default in Taking Over the Goods

  • If the Buyer fails to take over the goods upon delivery (e.g., fails to collect the parcel within the storage period of a PPL Parcelbox/Parcelshop or is not reachable at the delivery address), they are in default.

  • If, for reasons on the part of the Buyer, it is necessary to deliver the goods repeatedly or in a different way than specified in the order, the Buyer is obliged to pay the costs associated with such repeated delivery.

  • Unjustified failure to collect the shipment by the Buyer does not constitute a statutory withdrawal from the contract within the 14-day period. In such a case, the Seller is entitled to compensation for the purposely incurred costs associated with the dispatch and return of the shipment.
